I am going to be cleaning some rental homes for a friend of mine that is in the real estate business and would like to know from others what good tips they have. Is it better to charge by the hour or by the job? Any info would be really great. Thanks so much. Have a great day.

Charge by the hour to start with and then when you get a feel on how long each one would take, you can go on a per job basis if you want. But, it is also wise to remember that no all houses are the same for cleaning purposes.
