Hey Im a 15 year old boy. I want to start some basic fitness tips because i do hardly any exercise at all at the moment and i think because i dont think i eat very well it could lead to bad circumstances in later life. What can i do thats easy and can be done at home?

Dehydration
try push ups every morning or night
Running or jumping rope or DVDs. Also strength training exercises such as push ups, sit ups, and things like that. Try resistance bands or weights in addition to cardio. If you have FitTV or exercise TV there are good shows on there to follow along with at home. Good luck and good for you for being proactive!
The best exercises to do at home, with no equipment, are the classic “old school” circuit training routines, i.e. push ups, press ups, start jumps, sit ups, squats etc.
you can go 2 youtube or on google an search for excesses that’s interesting for you to do
push ups and situps is a good start!
