everything in moderation IS good for you…dont never have chocolate etc because if you stop urself having a bit it will make you want it more and think about it all the time and thats why many peoples diets fail

Eat healthy get plain of water and excerise. stay away from junk food and any coke or sodas. See if you loose any weight.

for successful weight loss lose more calories than you would consume in a day stick to 3 healthy light meals per day never snack inbetween and drink plenty water never eat after 6pm and exercise for half an hour to an hour per day maybe buy yourself a good fitness dvd they work wonders i usualy turn down the volume and stick on some music when i am exercising to one it really motivates me and gets me going i have lost 12 pound in 7 weeks through this goodluck
