I just had both of my nipples pierced last night and just wanted some inside information from anyone that has had this done on what they did to help with the cleaning process, rotating, and general care. Also, any tips on how to reduce the pain. Thanks so much!

Sea salt, Sea salt, and Sea salt! It is amazing for any and all piercings! I would recommend twice a day any more and your nipple may get really dry. Before rotating make sure it’s during a hot/warm shower or after soaking in warm/hot sea salt water. Crusty will build up in between cleanings on either side of the nipple.
Sleep on your back. Haha!
Sorry I couldn’t be more help as I am a male and don’t have my nipps pierced.. I do admire your courage to get them done and I think nipple piercings are extremely erotic & Hot! Enjoy them once healed.
