Depression Help?

THE POST:

I get pretty depressed sometimes, usually with pms… bleh. Does anyone have any natural remedies? I’d like to try some before hitting the meds.

    Exercise has been shown to help with depression. Also make sure you are getting enough sleep and eat healthy for the most part. That should help at least try the exercise I know that works. If you feel depressed even with that you may want to look into medications but you don’t sound like you’re depressed a lot of the time just around that time of the month so exercise might really help.     Nothing I could tell you about without you getting offended because it is pretty disguisting. But here goes… My ex used to have the same problem, but she was quite the amorous girl. I earned my “red wings” with her all of the time and it seriously helped ease her cramps while she was pms-ing…
    And I’m not being a perverted jerk.

    I have ASD. I’m only 14 but sometimes i feel a bit depressed and feel like everyone hates me. My sister has Depression and Anxiety Disorder but my mum helps her get through it. You could try and calm down and take deep breaths. You go read a book and have a time out.

    chocolate, in moderation, helps most things with pms. maybe exercising some might help get your mind in a different place and then you can feel better about the exercising you’re doing
