Fitness Tips? How Can I Lose Weight Fast?

I want to be able to keep the weight off losing 15 pounds. Im 19….. weigh 138 right now. can I lose 6 pounds in almost 2 weeks? either way what are some tips? I already cut out soda and only drink water and occasionally tea.
