Corporate America is feeding into our desire to eat healthier but I'm not so sure that we really are eating healthier because if you analyze the content of some of those "diet" meals then they're not all that healthy.
But it gives people the illusion that they're eating more healthy so people don't really look into whether an item is all that healthy. For example, products may say "No Sugar Added" but the darn things already were loaded with sugar to begin with. However, stupid consumers buy it anyway and tell themselves that they're "eating healthy."
Some items have reduced the sugar but, in order to keep it tasty, increased the fat! How is THAT healthy? See what I mean?
By the way, nice avatar!
