I think baby showers are amazing, people usually have them once they’ve found out the sex (if they are finding out) and once they’ve figured out what they need for the baby

I would never have one. It seems like they are just begging bowls so you can get more presents. No offense Yanks!
You’ll have plenty of stuff bought once baby is born, so I would steer clear.

i live in the uk, and am having a baby shower next week. is the first time i will have been to one lol. ill be 37 weeks nearly when i have mine,and just getting friends and family round for food really lol. am guessing people will bring gifts for baby?? have no idea whats going to happen really lol
