This Question From Valentines Day | 2 Answers
My bf is really shy and reserved. This is his first relationship ever. We’ve been together almost a year now and he has never done/planned anything for valentines day. I’m not too big on the holiday myself, but it would be nice to do something with him, but he’s really shy and I don’t know if he’ll feel comfortable planning anything, so should I do the planning and if so any ideas?

I suggest you go to his house or your house and do something together like watching a funny movie. Then you know , be comfortable around him more then sooner or later he’ll break his shell. People aren’t born shy FOREVER. I’m shy .. and then when i get comfortable with people i break my shell. Good luck
I’m going through the same thing. I just bought my bf a bag of his favorite candy and a the ” i <3 u” peeps. Which might be small enough if you don’t want to over dramatize the event. then let him know that you are planning something small so he knows he should put some thought into what to get you. The rest of the night you can plan and just let him know that what they are . This way he won’t feel like he’s gonna fail you if you don’t like what he’s thought up .
